1. Exams -Twice yearly

2. All necessary radiographs ( xrays)

3. Prohphylaxis cleaning- Twice yearly

4. Fluoride treatments - Twice yearly

5. All emergency visits and xrays.

All other dental services are 30% off our usual and customary fees.^^
