Dr. Rayna Portnoy is a New York state licensed dentist who also holds licenses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Dr. Portnoy graduated from Lafayette College with a Bachelors of Science degree in biology . Later, Dr. Portnoy attended the Ivy League, University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where she earned her doctorate in dental medicine in 1991.
After practicing in Philadelphia for several years, Dr. Portnoy decided to return to her native New York. Dr. Portnoy has been practicing for over 16 years. The doctor has been at 118-35 Queens Blvd., Forest Hills since 1998. Since beginning the practice of dentistry, Dr. Portnoy has kept up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that all patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care.
Dr. Portnoy believes in comprehensive and preventive care. All phases of dentistry are provided in Dr. Portnoy's dental office. Helping a patient to return to dental health and teaching a patient to maintain the health and function of their mouths is a priority. And always, Dr. Portnoy enjoys welcoming new guests into her dental practice.
